Shipping policy
At Altitude, we strive to deliver all your products swiftly, securely, and affordably. Presently, we exclusively ship within India. Customers who are registered with Altitude can conveniently monitor the status of their orders from the Order page.
Delivery Timeline
Typically, product delivery across India takes approximately 3-7 business days. Please note that working days exclude public holidays. However, shipping may be extended if the ordered quantities exceed 3-5 pieces per style or if the item is currently under production.
Payments
- The taxes specified on the invoice are determined according to your shipping destination. Delivery charges and any additional fees are contingent upon factors such as product weight, destination, and carrier charges.
- Payment options include Cash On Delivery (COD) or online payment via internet banking, American Express, Debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, IMPS, Maestro, and Paytm.
Possible reasons for shipping delay
Listed below are some of the reasons for a possible delay in shipment:
- Unforeseen circumstances such as recipient unavailability.
- Incorrect or unclear delivery addresses.
- Extreme weather conditions, natural calamities.
- Areas experiencing administrative and political instability.
- Remote or interior locations with limited accessibility may have longer shipping periods exceeding the standard 7 business working days.
Delivery obligations
- The customer's signature is required as confirmation of order receipt.
- Altitude provides insurance coverage for each purchase during transit until delivery.
- Upon signature, all responsibilities regarding the shipped product are transferred to the customer.
- Address changes or redirections are not accommodated during the delivery period.
- Free shipping complies with the shipping policy guidelines.
Shipping efforts
- Our courier agency will attempt to deliver your goods and will call if you are unavailable to receive the product.
- If the customer is not available during the delivery, our courier agency will make a maximum of two delivery attempts.
- If the first delivery attempt fails, the second attempt will be scheduled for the next working day.
- Alternatively, the customer can contact the carrier and collect the order from the carrier’s registered local office.
- Altitude does not ship products from the same order to multiple addresses.
