Cancellation, Return/Exchange, and Refund policy

Despite these meticulous processes, we at Altitude firmly stand by the quality of our products. Should you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer hassle-free exchanges, returns, or refunds, ensuring your complete satisfaction.
In the unlikely scenario where any product you’ve ordered from Altitude arrives in unsatisfactory condition, damaged, defective, or if it differs from the product you ordered, you have the option to return it. By proceeding with your purchase on our platform, you acknowledge having read and understood our Terms and Conditions, and agree to comply with the clauses outlined in our return policy for any online purchases made with Altitude.
Return /Exchange policy
Returns/exchanges are accepted for most orders within 15 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in perfect condition, and with all barcode tags intact.Options for returning/exchanging include either part of the order or the entire package.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The package is tampered with or soiled upon delivery.
- The product exhibits manufacturing defects.
- The received product does not match the order in terms of size, color, or functionality.
- Incomplete shipments are received.
- Items under sale are refundable only if defective or misrepresented.
Returned products must meet the following criteria:
- Unused, in original packaging with all original accessories, packaging, and the original invoice.
- Products returned without essential components will not be accepted and will be returned.
- Returns undergo verification and quality checks by the Grand Canal quality assurance team.
- Return packages must be adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit. Damaged, used, altered, or soiled items will not be processed for return and will be sent back.
- Customers are advised not to accept damaged or soiled packages upon delivery.
Refund policy
Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 days, with a maximum processing time of 28 days. Before initiating the refund, the returned product undergoes quality checks conducted by our team. The refunded amount will be credited to the bank account used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed via NEFT and should reflect in your bank account within 7 business days. Please note that the refund amount will be credited to your original account within 28 days from the date of return request. We do not offer cash refunds.
Please note the following:
- Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Used promotional vouchers, including gift vouchers and discounts, will not be refunded.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable with Altitude.
- Altitude will not be held responsible for any incorrect fund transfers or voucher issuances resulting from customer input errors.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the provided information.
- Refunds will be initiated only after the product is received and passes the quality check.
- If the product doesn't pass the quality check, further refund procedures will not be initiated.
Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations made beyond this period may not be accommodated. Once an order is canceled, refunds will be processed as per our refund policy. Please note that cancellation requests are subject to approval.
- We issue full refunds to your Credit/Debit card or Net Banking account, the original mode of transaction during purchase.
- Depending on the policies of the issuing bank, refunds may take 7-10 days to reflect in your account.
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped out. Please note that only complete order cancellations are accepted; we do not process partial order cancellations.
