In the unlikely scenario where any product you’ve ordered from Altitude arrives in unsatisfactory condition, damaged, defective, or if it differs from the product you ordered, you have the option to return it. By proceeding with your purchase on our platform, you acknowledge having read and understood our Terms and Conditions, and agree to comply with the clauses outlined in our return policy for any online purchases made with Altitude.

Return /Exchange policy

Returns/exchanges are accepted for most orders within 15 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in perfect condition, and with all barcode tags intact.Options for returning/exchanging include either part of the order or the entire package.

Refund policy

Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 days, with a maximum processing time of 28 days. Before initiating the refund, the returned product undergoes quality checks conducted by our team. The refunded amount will be credited to the bank account used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed via NEFT and should reflect in your bank account within 7 business days. Please note that the refund amount will be credited to your original account within 28 days from the date of return request. We do not offer cash refunds.

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations made beyond this period may not be accommodated. Once an order is canceled, refunds will be processed as per our refund policy. Please note that cancellation requests are subject to approval.
