To edit and update your account details, you must first register to create an account with Altitude. Once registered, simply log in to your account at any time to modify your contact information, username, password, email address, and address book details.

Unfortunately, we will be unable to modify any order details once they have been placed. However, you can receive the order and initiate a return following our returns procedure if needed.
For prepaid orders, if our delivery partners are unable to deliver the product and it is returned to us, we will initiate a refund to your account. This refund will typically reflect within 24-48 hours from the initiation of the refund process.

Altitude accepts returns on all items within 15 days of purchase, provided they meet certain conditions. The product must be in its original condition with all tags intact, unused, preserved, and undamaged. You can initiate a return in the following cases:
  • Incomplete products (missing quantity or accessories)
  • Faulty products
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items received

You have a 15-day window to decide on returning your product. If you encounter any inconvenience with your received item, simply log in to your account and navigate to your order history. Select the product you wish to return and click the “Request for Return/Exchange” button located at the bottom of the page. Provide a reason along with picture proof and a clear description to support your claim, then proceed with the return process. Our logistics team will handle the reverse pick-up. Once the item reaches our warehouse, the full refund amount will be credited back to your account using the original payment method.

You have the flexibility to cancel your order entirely or partially within 24 hours of placing it. Any deducted amount will be promptly refunded to your account using the original payment method.


Some items from Altitude are eligible for exchange only. If the purchased item falls outside of the exchange policy or was received as a gift, you’ll need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired replacement.
To initiate an exchange, go to your account’s orders section and choose the item you wish to exchange. Then, click the Request Return/Exchange button at the bottom of the page. Provide a clear reason for your exchange. Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive notification via SMS/email.
Upon receiving your exchange request, one of our trusted courier partners will arrive at the shipping address within 2 business days. To ensure acceptance by the courier company, please ensure the product, along with its tags, remains intact.
Upon receipt of your returned item at our warehouse, we’ll promptly proceed with your exchange request. Expect your exchange order to be dispatched within 7-8 days from the date of receiving the returned product. Thank you for your partience and understanding.
Rest assured, our delivery agent will make every effort to reach you via phone call. Alternatively you can proactively reach out to them to coordinate a convenient delivery time. If, for any reason, you miss their call or fail to respond, the product will be returned to our warehouse.

Your products are eligible for the refund process as long as you initiate the return within the specified time frame. Upon receiving the returned products, it will undergo the necessary quality checks. Once it passes these checks, the refund request will be promptly processed.
If the item you are exchanging is priced higher than your original purchase, you will be charged for the price difference. Conversely, if your exchange item costs less than your original purchase, we will refund you the difference.
